Flow & Feast with Mose Musica, a day of sound, ceremony and feast
Share this event
For one day this June, Mose Musica brings his sound to the Kent countryside. Known the world over for music that moves people, here he plays not to a crowd but to a circle, for our very first Flow & Feast. A day of cacao, mindful dance, feast and sound in the gardens of Red House Venue.
Joining him is special guest Murray Kyle, a lyricist, musician and songwriter from Byron Bay, Australia.
The venue
Red House Venue is a Mediterranean inspired pool and garden in Kent, full of olive trees and soft grasses. Picture one large canopy tent laid with natural rugs and textures, a space that feels welcoming, grounded and effortlessly elegant. A gathering that feels like friends coming together, intentionally intimate, a world away from a stadium.
Getting here is easy. The high speed train from St Pancras to Ashford International takes around 30 minutes and runs every half hour, with taxis and Ubers waiting at the station.
The gathering
We begin at 11am with a meditative cacao ceremony, creating space for presence and gentle emotional release. From there we move into mindful dance guided by Mose, starting with soft warm ups and slowly unfolding into expansive, heart opening expression.
"Great music opens these altered states of consciousness." Mose
The feast
After the dance we gather to eat. A lovingly prepared feast, vibrant and nourishing, made to bring us together in shared connection.
The closing sound bath
The day closes with a restorative sound bath, a meditative space to integrate and soften. Expect expression, release, connection, and the celebration of something ancient and deeply human.
For premium ticket holders, a floating sound bath will also be available.
