Please arrive at your allocated time, ready to prepare for your 40 minute immersive floating experience. 🎧✨ When you arrive at Red House Venue you'll be given an orientation on how the experience works and what to expect.

Imagine being cocooned in a warm, insulated suit, floating effortlessly on the water, immersed in a mesmerising soundscape that transports you somewhere else entirely. The outside world fades away. The sounds encompass you. You feel the gentle movement of the water, breathe in the crisp night air and gaze up at the stars.

You’ll wear our specially designed, insulated and fully waterproof flotation suit over your clothes and outer garments. With only your face exposed to the elements. 

Wearing high fidelity headphones, you’ll be immersed in a specially created, streamed soundscape designed to transport you into another world.

The water supports you, creating a feeling of weightlessness, while the immersive sound surrounds you. It’s an opportunity to switch off, let go and experience deep relaxation in a completely different way. Scientific studies have shown that floating can help reduce cortisol and stress, improve sleep and support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Our first soundscape will take you on a sound journey to The Amazon. Each FLOAT & FLOW experience has been carefully created to stimulate the senses through immersive audio, while the sensation of floating invites you to fully let go.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

FLOAT & FLOW — close your eyes, feel the water, and let the sound take you somewhere else.

Q. Do I need to be able to swim? 🌊

A. No. You won’t be swimming. You suit will hold you so you floating effortlessly on the water. You can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Q. What do I wear?

You won’t get wet. Wear cosy layers, yoga wear or loose clothing, tracksuit or leggings. Avoid any sharp objects such as earings which could damage the suits. Wear thick socks.

What is the immersion suit like? 

Your specially designed, insulated flotation suit is worn over your clothes and is designed to keep you warm, comfortable and supported on the water. Getting into your suit takes around three minutes and our team will be there to help you get ready for your experience.

Our specialist flotation suits are crafted from waterproof dry-suit materials, engineered to withstand the coldest oceans on earth.

What does it feel like to float? ✨

It’s effortless. We'll help you into your flotation suit. We will support you and guide you into the water. Your suit keeps you afloat so you can simply lie back, relax and let the water hold you.  At the end of the experience, we'll float you back to the poolside and will help you out. After your session you'll feel a profound sense of peace. Some guests say this calm lasts for hours, if not days✨

What if I want to try it but am an anxious person?

You don’t need any previous experience. FLOAT & FLOW is designed for curious first timers as well as people who already enjoy sound baths and wellness experiences. Our team will explain how to communicate with them and what to do before you begin. Your comfort and safety are important to us.
