Join us for a beautiful summer evening designed to help you unwind, connect and enjoy something a little out of the ordinary.
Arrive and take your time. The first 30 minutes are yours to swim, lie in the sun and land in the space before we gather.
We'll then come together with a cup of ceremonial cacao to drop out of our heads and into the heart, followed by a sacred shapes session, this guided dance moves through the chakras — reminding yourself the bliss that comes when you move your body how nature intended.
The evening closes with a 30-minute floating sound bath taster, with intimate sessions of just 12 people, allowing you to fully relax as you're gently supported on the water. Accompanied by the powerful sounds of live gongs, this is a truly immersive experience.
